About the Role:
As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, or email. Your main goal is to resolve queries, prevent issues, and deliver a great customer experience. You’ll use various tools to research and solve problems related to orders, payments, products, and website support.

Work Hours:

• 40 hours per week (e.g., 4×10 hrs or 5×8 hrs)
• Rotational shifts (morning, evening, overnight) between 6 am – 11 pm
• May include weekends and holidays

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Eligible to work in India
• Good English communication (spoken & written)
• Basic computer skills
• Flexible for rotating shifts
